Built with SCM’s top-quality engineering, this high-end edgebander is both powerful and flexible whilst being compact and neatly designed. The K560 is built to last and to sustain heavy usage from professional workshops with high, demanding workloads.

Thanks to the controlled axes, no matter the roughness or quality of the workpiece, the cutting and machining of the said workpiece will be of excellent quality. The axes allow intermediate positioning of the trimming and edge scraping groups, guaranteeing an optimal edgebanding process.

Equipped with a special spreading roller, the SGP glue pot makes for a seamless joint line and thanks to the anti-adherent plasma treatment, the ability to use EVA and Polyurethane glue is granted – allowing an even stronger, more refined finished product.

The AirFusion technology that is used within the machine allows the operator to process a workpiece without applying any glue. This ensures that the joint between the panel and the edge is completely invisible, resulting in a flawless product.

Variating between thick, thin and solid wood, the rapid changeover is granted via the three working positions. This sort of seamless operating provides a boost to both the machining efficiency and operating efficiency.
